Single spindle humidification machine is mainly used to ash spray water, humidifies, mixing  and conveying powder, to meet environmental protection requirements . Widely used in chemical, mining , power plants, steel mills and other wet materials containing solid particles , mixing and transport . 
Two: Working principle and characteristics 
Single spindle humidifier composed of four parts:uniform feeding , blade conveying , mixing, impact and humidify , vibration system ,also matching with a special electronic control and water supply systems . The device is fixed to the base as a whole , the body is supported by the four elastic elements , through the excitation device, imposed vibration ,  when the machine operates , the body is high frequency vibration, thus between the body wall and  the stirring shaft keep a certain clearance ,so that machine running resistance is significantly reduced , the complete elimination of blocking phenomena , reducing downtime cleaning time and improve efficiency. Water supply from the valve control group . To stabilize the system of water supply and clean water , there is a filter in pipeline ,by master control cabinet to interlock control all parts of the humidifier in order to control water supply and constant  humidity running .

7 . Increase the vibration system, to solve sticky dust easy to adhere on body wall, then improve the adaptability of the humidifier, extend the application of the humidifier . And the elastic shell connected with the base , so that there is no effect when the machine is vibrating  .
